Fourth Trimester

Twelve nights of overnight care across the fourth trimester. Steady, trusted support through the weeks when sleep is hardest to find.

From 10pm to 6am, your doula stays up with your baby: settling, diaper changes, bottle prep, and bringing baby to you for feeds. Book a regular night each week, or cluster nights around the moments you need them most.

• 12 overnight shifts of 8 hours ($350 per night)
• Use your nights any time in the first 12 weeks
• Serving Vernon, Coldstream, Lavington and Armstrong (travel fee for Predator Ridge, Okanagan Landing and Lake Country)

Holding your date: a 25% non-refundable deposit reserves your due date. It can be transferred to day hours or gift nights. The balance is due before your first night.

Sommeil Collective provides non-medical postpartum doula support. For health concerns, we refer to your midwife, doctor or 911.
